I can't disconnect my YP-U4, But after installing the disc that comes with it, there are no more problems. I guess it responds differently between computers

Absolute junk, spent ages trying to connect to it but keeps coming up as a camera. the software package doesn't see it with very little explanation in the manual. It's going back to the shop tomorrow.

I'm an Ogg Vorbis user, and deliberately purchased this for that functionality. It does not seem to support the format at all despite the packaging and the Samsung site saying it does, even with the latest firmware. This is exceptionally poor from my point and something I intend to take up with them and possibly Trading Standards.

Touch controls are too difficult to use - either too responsive or not responsive enough. Very very poor product, frustrating to use.

Looks like everyones had quite a bit of trouble with it but I love it. The only problem I can see is that the user manual is useless, an FAQ section would be a big help [[trying to find out why i can't add 2 new songs]] but other than that it's all good.

Was given a YP-U4 yesterday for my birthday - worst present ever, have spent the last 8 hours cursing it. It is extremely difficult to navigatė through the menus. Has touch sensitive buttons that are difficult to use, even with my tiny fingers. Has a hold button on the side that is already jamming. Instruction manual is useless - haven't yet found a forum or website that can explain to me why it won't play ANY of the WMA files I load - and yes it should play WMA as it is says so clearly on the box. The slide out USB is very flimsy, does not fit snugly in any of the USB sockets on my computer. 90% chance I'll be returning it tomorrow. 100% chance I'll not be buying Samsung again.

I have recently purchased the Samsung YP-U4 and it worked perfectly with a small amount of music files. But as I added a larger amount of music files (147 of them) the product failed to play them, giving an error message: File not supported. All the files were identified as MP3 format. The files are within folders. The U4 may not be able to handle a folder structure.
