the machine is junk if you happen to loose the stupid software named sd-jukebox, how can they be that stupid at panasonic not to allow the download of the soft?

This unit is stylish and good, but you cannot drag and drop files onto the card which is madness. Does anybody know to overcome this problem as if it can the player will be a world leader. E-mail comax@hotmail.co.uk

Hardware-wise, it's a stylish mp3 player. Software-wise, SD-jukebox is just a piece of dumb-stupid artwork. I am really upset about the quality check software download.
