This is my second MP3 player and I will never buy from iriver again. My first was a Hewlett Packard was problem free and simple to use with Windows Media Player. The iriver program manger that you need to load keeps crashing my computer which has Windows XP. Having spent about 22 hours messing about with this only a few songs of the music I have downloaded will play. The player is fiddly, can't comment ont he sound quality as I cant hear anything! Technical support is by e mail only but their server in Europe is constantly down and will not accept e mails - thus no support is available. This is the most complicated device that I have come across. Buyers beware!

Much more than outstanding ! Tiny player, extremely well built! BUY THIS FAST ! the only annoying thing is that there is no flash card, but given its size and still it holds well over 3 hours of tunes ! who really cares ! runs from a single AA battery so no need for yet another charger on your desk, the only annoying thing about this is that iRiver do not include the armband with this model and the necklace can get in the way when in the gym but i have been told that the armband is only B#20 ! though good luck finding one in the UK as iRiver wont ship them here Amazing players though and for under B#100 256mb cant be sniffed at.
