Reviewed by Peter Pearce on 31/01/2011 My machine is only a 2gig. I have had it for some years and it has never let me down. My problem is not with the player but with Goodmans themselves. All I want to know is, can I buy headphones as opposed to earphones. But Goodmans hide behind websites and they cannot be contacted in person. Because of no customer service I will not be buying Goodmans products again. Rating:
Reviewed by mark rigg on 19/07/2006 an outstanding piece of machinery, when i first bought it i thought oooh look at that a 3 gig mp3 player for £80 so i bought it with some of my birrthday money, and since ten i have had hours of pure pleasure from it listening to my favourite tracks. It takes me a couple of seconds to set it up nd i have had it now for about a year and it hasen't bin any trouble at all. I reccomend it to you without a doubt a pure perfect piece of machinery at half the price of some other leading manufacterers wirth 110% of enyones money. Rating:
Reviewed by Paul Delamore on 21/02/2006 I guess I saw a good deal at Argos as well over Christmas. It is very poor and crashes a lot. Although when it works, it is acceptable so that's why it gets a very low two. You will also find it crashing and having to wait
until its battery runs out before you can use it again...like what just happened to me at college right now.
Well, stay away from this poor product. Rating:
Reviewed by Debby Jones on 18/01/2006 I bought a GMP32000 in August this with money I was given as a leaving present ...... to say I was disappointed is an under estimate. With only one album on it, it took approximately five minutes to turn on - then during the songs you get a break of a couple of seconds. Changing from song to song you wait an age. Due to it being useless its been used rarely. Then I tried to use it in January and turned it on to find that all the songs have disappeared and I could not download anything else to it. Emailed Goodmans service centre and I still have not received a reply, £85 in the bin, fortunately for me I had an understanding Argos
manager and he let me exchange it for something new. I paid the extra a
bought a iPod Nano. My advice to anyone thinking about buying this product - dont, it money in the bin. Rating:
