Creative's Zen V Plus is the symbol of style and object of desire. It has a glossy black finish, with subtle colour highlights and a neat rounded shape that fits comfortably in the hand. Available in three memory sizes, it can store from hundreds to thousands of songs and photos and includes an FM radio with 32 presets. A bright colour screen and Creative's famous interface make it easy to use, and it supports multiple audio formats including MP3, WMA and Audible Audio. The Zen V Plus can record straight to MP3 without a PC, and it has a built-in microphone for voice notes. It can also play video clips. Its rechargeable battery supports playtimes up to 15 hours.

Absolute rubbish!! After 13 months, completely died and none of the support offered by creative was effective. Would not consider buying a Creative product again, steer clear and buy a better brand

Its a really good mp3 but the wheeel is a bit annoying and too small :( The memory is also a bit small but its great overall.

Brought the Creative zen v plus.Very pleased but the downside is the contact for support.In the box is a list of support numbers which is in Dublin,as they offer you 60 days telephome support.The phone is constantly engaged and when you do ring the engaged tone is sounding before you finish the numbers.You can get support through email but is one day at a time.
