this player is fantastic. the sound is amazing and its super long battery life means it beats an ipod any day. it does have a few reliability issues; immediately after the 12 month warranty expired the sound from the left channel died and i have had a few issues with it occassionally crashing and freezing. aside from this however, it is overall a very good player although i would recommend investing in a better pair of headphones than those supplied to fully take advantage of the astounding sound quality
