Its got Idleness written all over it. Rating: ![]() Reviewed by Katie on 29-06-2005 When my dad brought home an iPod Shuffle (to replace my technically broken Packard Bell MP3, that was only 2 months old) I was certainly more than happy with the exchange. And that was before I had opened the box! I've now been using my new Shuffle for around 2 months and I pleased to report its excellence. My friend is the proud owner of an iPod 4th generation and i have to say that I prefer my own "mini" version. When the Shuffle was held in my palm to compare the two the obvious size difference was a factor but it was remarkble how heavy the 4th generation iPod was. I could hardly tell the Shuffle was there. Yes, her's does store a fare few thousand more tunes than my model but I've never really understood why anyone would need that load of songs. The Shuffle stores over 240 tunes (I believe) and thats more than enough for me; and my friend by the sounds as she only has just over 100 tunes on her own model! This tiny machine allows spontanity in a highly regamental world and will surprise you every time (if you wish). It's extremly easy to use and the iTunes software and manual that comes with it allows an easy step-by-step guide to put the music that you desire onto this stick of gum-sized genious.
