Sony offer exceptional quality for the price here (sub £500 inc VAT via a supermarket offer). Lovely big screen - any bigger would probably be too much in my view. Am happily watching movies I've seen before with so much more detail and fantastic sound as well - just so much better than the old Wharfdale 27 inch TV i bought from Tesco seven years ago. Kids absoltutely love it as well, like being at the cinema - though no surprise there i guess. Stand is solid, controller has a nice quality feel to it. So far all easy to use and set up. Obviously bigger and higher quality TVs are around but you know what your going to get from a Sony and for the price the picture and sound here is well worthy of five stars.

I brought this set on two main points, firstly by the brand who I know produce good quality products and secondly its very reasonable price (£599.00)from a supermarket of all places! Most importantly with regard the set is the picture quality which through the digital tuner is very good, better than my seperate digital tuner. Analog picture is alittle poorer but I dont use this. Colour palete is crisp and bright only football seems alittle blurry but otherwise nothing to complain about, even makes Eastenders look good! My XBOX 360 is abosolutely fantastic, motion flawless, colour great and on a big screen its tops! I have the set sitting on a matching black/glass stand (£100.00)and even when switched off the whole thing looks jaw dropping. For the price and quality of the picture I reccomend to everyone.
