Reviewed by Stewart Hunter on 18/09/2010 This must be one of the worst ever ergonomic designs for a television receiver. As a TV receiver it functions very well, but for a TV that is supposed to be suitable for easily moving from room to room, why the hard plastic base without even rubber feet on it? The TV looks as if there is part of it missing, why no base plinth like most other TV's? or why no proper rear mountings to allow wall mounting? In my opinion it's the worst designed piece of Sony electronics I have ever experienced, it's already scratched several pieces of furniture that it was sat upon, and after being a lifelong Sony fan I've now changed to Panasonic! Reviewed by rob slater on 10/07/2008 i recently got this t.v. and have had a about 3 days, the freeview picture is very good consindering it is in standard defintion. i ahve connnected the ps3 to the t.v. with a hdmi cable and the image is amazing, it supports up to 1080i which is very good for a small t.v., but when i say small it is actually a very generous size and great for films, gaming, soaps etc. this t.v. shines the most with anything that involves colour, animation and cartoons look amazing and very vivid,. the t.v. has many ports so it is very flexible and offer many options for the buyer. The sound is way better than the samsung t.v.'s, it doesn't sound tinny and cheap, sony is the cream of the crop for sound as you know. this t.v. is perfect for a bedroom and also a samll lounge. i am so glad i bought this.
