Reviewed by John on 08/09/2007 I purchased a Sharp Aquos LCD in December 06. (Not from ebuyer). It lasted 3 months until the screen started to freeze and turn a solid green. It would turn itself off and the remote wouldn't work. Took a couple of weeks for an engineer to come out. After a week the set started to display the same faults. I'm still waiting for a replacement set after 5 MONTHS. Keep getting the run around by Sharp. Wrote a few letters of complaint which sort of kick started the process again. But then nothing. SHARP CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. DO NOT BUY A SHARP PRODUCT. Rating:
