Reviewed by Raymond Dyke on 27/07/2009 I have a Sharp Aquos LC-32AD5E which was advertised as HD ready. It is incompatible with the HD box supplied by Sky and it will not receive HD channels. Is it possible to upgrade the TV so that it is compatible with the HD box? Rating:
Reviewed by Justin on 16/01/2009 I too have a blue haze which is still there if I switch to B&W. Looking for a fix, or other info about this. Rating:
Reviewed by Bob on 05/07/2008 Having had this TV for a little over 18 months now, there is a problem with the colour/brightness. If the brightness is set to factory defaults, we get a lot of blue "haze" appearing where there whould be white. No amount of tweaking with the colours etc has resolved this apart from turning teh brightness and contrast right down which makes for too dark a picture. Repairers I have spoken to are not interested in repairing it and Sharp are not interested as it is out of warranty. Not what I expect from a £600 TV! Rating:
