The LE32M87BDX model features SAMSUNGs 100Hz technology which intelligently converts the amount of images from 50 to 100 frames per second by inserting a frame between each two frames. The inserted frame maintains the detailed motion characteristic of the video, and goes through motion estimation and compensation processing. Therefore, compared to a mere duplication and insertion of frames, more natural motion can be realised without undermining other characteristics such as clarity, brightness and colour.

i have found the tv very good but did have problem with blurring, but if you go into the settings ie. movie ect it will get rid of that cant remember which one but you can get rid of it. and i have had mine just over a year and it has packed up with no warning the picture just went for no reason, but reading one of the reviews from below i will try and plug in again to see if it will work after a couple of hours.

Big problem with switching the tv on and off with the remote.(new batteries in remote) You switch it off and then you try to switch it back on again after a few minutes and nothing happens sometimes i have to wait a couple of hours after i have pulled the plug on it. Then i switch the plug back on and it works,picture is brilliant but i will not be buying another samsung TV only 6 months old. LE32M86BDX/XEU

As with the other buyers of this TV same problems,Seller said would be better than my old type tv,Wish i had not upgraded,waste of money,I fear you may only get what you pay for,

Dissapointed with picture and sound as already mentioned, i have adjusted settings through a forum, they also suggested changing scart cable for good quality one to alleviate problem with ghosting on fast moving objects, like footballs! Will try this but dont hold much hope if samsung havnt mentioned that as an option to others

i have had this tv about a week now, the 100hz version, i have been dissapointed so far after reading many amazing reviews, i have just however amened the settings, lowered the backlight to 3 and taken movie plus off and dnie on, and i must admit this has improved the picture loads, i'll see how watching the match tonight goes as if this doesnt improve i will be sending the damn thing back. i am also very very disapointed with the sound cant even use the srs ts xt setting as this is soo tinney and rubbish

I have had problems watching football on this television as there is blurring and pixelation round ball and players. On contacting Samsung they state that this is a compatability issue with some sky plus boxes and they so not consider this a fault with the television. Interestingly they will not put this in writing to me and sky state that they have no awareness of the issue. should you doubt me please feel free to contact samsung customer support on 0870 7267864 to confirm direct with them this is not a faulty model as the x-box 360 displays without these issues
