SD is ok for such a big tv and everyday use, HD very good on still and slow moving scenes, fast moving football shows a 'ghosting effect' around the players heads at times also takes time to re-ajust on fast paced motion to still frame, there is also a 'ghosting effect' on xbox 360 games when panning quickly. Ssound is not very good at all, it is very tinny and films must be viewed with a 5.1 separate amplifier. Menu is very easy to use and setup is quick and simple.

Best of the best, sensitive to outside light. Eased and suit the eye with self adjucting brighness intensity control accordingly to room lighting. Good buy...with touch button on/off
