Ordered from EmpireDirect Tuesday, delivered Wednesday (great). Set up and working very easily. Lip sync way out from all signals. Thursday rang JVC customer service - they said (quote) "this happens with LCD TV's, you just have to live with it. If you can't then see if retailer will swap for conventional TV" Incredible attitude!!! Called EmpDir to arrange replacement. They said had to have it collected, checked to confirm fault and then replace. Takes about a week. Won't replace and remove as can't trust customers to return all right bits!!! Thursday evening TV died completely. Power supply too hot to touch. STAY CLEAR OF THIS TV if only because of attitude of JVC and its retailers.
