What can I say about this product that hasn't already been said a thousand times? Basically, this is (IMHO) the very best Hi-Fi DVD combo in the sub-B#500 price bracket and I feel that Technics (Panasonic) could easily have asked another B#100 on the R.R.P. I bought my system back in April, from Argos, where its catalogue price was B#499.99, but due to this unit having been purchased and returned, it was put on a "Manager's Special" for B#349.99!! So I paid B#150 less than most would have expected to do at this time AND got more VFM than you can shake a stick at!! :D :D.

Having purchised this product to replace my DVD surround system I was a bit worried that it might not be as good as a dedicated dvd player. I was wrong this machine is fantastic. Plays dvds both plus and minus types with crystal clear pictures. A lot better than the Goodmans system that it has replaced. The sound quality is the best that I have heard in a long time. The two main speakers each have awsome subwoofers wich make the sofa shake. The surround speakers a solid and capable of making you belive that you are in the middle of an orchestra. The dvd connects to the TV by using those video out connectors and this plugs strait into your tv. This is a brilliant system and very easy to set up. The speakers are Bi-wirable giving clear sounds. The dvd player also uses Dolby Theatre System. Excellent Well worth the cash. This system receives a 6 out of 5. :)

An absolutely out-standing sound system, add yourself even a half decent Sub-Woofer to it, and you got a system thats as close to perfection as they can get. Beautiful sound quality, seemless DVD playback, simply amazing, my best purchase of last year!
