Reviewed by Darius J. Wen on 30/04/2008 My boss bought me the system as a gift for loyalty service. What I do is, i replaced the original woofer with a bigger woofer. Woooooow .... the experience is a big difference. I found myself in the middle of the american yankee war. Try it. But don't watch war or horror movies with your grandparent if they got weak heart. Reviewed by charlie on 20/12/2005 the jvc has a noisey fan which kicks in when the volume goes up to thirty which is very iritating this is not afault as others peoples do it to on this model.and for the bloke who said the diplay on it is dim you can adjust this with your remote to bright ,dim ,or off .by the way mine is gone back to be repaired as it stopped reading disks and kept freezing so by something else to be safe. Reviewed by Steve on 25-03-2005 Excelent picture quality, good sound, plays copies, only downside there are no audio outputs bought from currys no risks. Rating:
Reviewed by Charles on 10-01-2005 This JVC home cinema system is simply the best. No problems setting up and is easy to use. You can also individually control the out put for each speaker. DVD playback is simple with the sound output being superb. You can also configure the remote to work with different brands of TV's and VCR's. You can also plug in your TV and VCR to the unit so that sound comes out of the speaker system. Playing CD's is just as easy to do as well. The only minor point being the matrix display on the unit being a little dim but other than its still easy to read. Rating:
Reviewed by Mark on 10-12-2004 We got ours over the Internet, had to have a replacemnt. first one was faulty. The second one came down with a fault. It's cost us shed loads to keep returning them. We are buying one (not JVC) from a local shop now. Rating:
