These headphones provide great sound quality, especially bass reproduction which sounds amazing compared with other headphones in this price range. The closed design helps a lot here, although it takes a little getting used to at first. They are quite comfortable to wear and fold up nicely for portability. They are quite expensive, but if you listen to a lot of music then they are definitely worth it. Besides, they cost considerably less than the average component hi-fi system. Even if you're just using a cheaper portable system, then they're worth while if you appreciate your music.

I just got these today and I have to say that they are very impressive. First off, don't let the size of these headphones fool you. They deliver crisp clear sound with full bass. I am the owner of sony's mdr-nc20 sound cancelling headphones, and I have to say that these are on the same level, minus the price and the cumbersomeness. I honestly cannot tell a difference between the 140 dollar pair and these!! Even though the px200's pads don't cover your ear completly, they seal off more noise than I imagined! I was quite surprised at it's sound dampening capabilities just by putting them on. If you're looking for a good pair of headphones for on the go, I highly recommend the px200's. They also come in a snazy carrying case which I have to say is a very nice touch and very cool looking. If you are looking for sound cancelling (which you only need for VERY VERY noisy environments) the pxc 250's would be your best bet. I have read lots of reviews on them saying that their sound quality is on par with the new bose's quiet comfort for literally half the price.
