PM100 h-phones. I bought a pair of Senhiesers in white .. not because ive got a white i-pod .. in fact ive got a grey h120 iriver!! ..but i thought that because the h-phones are small .. they would be easier to see on the carpet indoors & outside in the hot sun they would reflect the sun better. (There is some logic in the design!) anyway .. back to the h-phones. Im sure theres no difference in sound with either color. My 1st impression was that i couldnt tell the difference when i 1st wore them .. but then i took them off & compared them to my LARGE full size h-phones. The PM100,s were so much louder .. & at 1st u get to thinking these have just blown away my other cans!!! .. but after settling down u can realise these are after all a small put in the pocket h-phones & do not pretend to be the "ultimate" in sound Q. Dont read this wrong .. these h-phones really kick it! .. they are a knockout for their size. Plenty of bass & clarity .. & so small & light too. I think the overall sound difference u may notice is very subtle .. but compared to my larger h-phones they are a bit more punchy in the mid band too.This can affect wot u hear. (It works both ways!) .. but u wont miss much with these. I was lucky when i bought these to be able to try them before i handed over more money ... but i can say in a busy shop it was still difficult to get a good idea. MY VERDICT : BAD : handing over the cash i suppose !! .. not sure about the thin 2-core cable. GOOD : a very punchy sound .. overall good FQY responce .. light .. nice fit .. 2 year warrantee .. glad i bought these ones 9/10

I have tried alot of headphones over the years and these are the best i have ever heard, outstanding clarity excellent bass no distortion they are superb.

These headphones are incredible; lightweight, precision engineered, powerful, practical, and comfortable - I could write a 50,000 word dissertation on this subject and still fall short of the PX100's abilities. These headphones will outperform the majority of headsets in its price range; even full sized models struggle to match the PX100's bass, mid and treble response. I can't believe that Sennheiser designed the PX100's solely for portable use - they can do so much more.
