Fantastic and very versatile piece of kit! Recording is flawless. The upconversion of the notoriously low bit-rated freeview is very capable, with very little blurring. The build quality is very solid. The machine is whisper quiet and there are no heat issues as with some other brands. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the large "Diga" logo taking up a quarter of the freeview guide page, which squeezes the guide unnecessarily. Hopefully this will be rectified in an update. Top, top machine though!!!

Boughtit this week and to date it is excellent,especially with Series Link,just sent a Samsung SH-853M back to Samsung,not in the same league as this set,I reccommend this set as it is easy to record and playback with little use of the manual.the samsung product used to freeze on playback especially on BBC1 and German prog's recorded tho Sat Receiver.Well satisfied.
