I waited until the BlueRay vs HD DVD battle was concluded, and it now clearly is, with BluRay the winner. As I already have a big Samsung TV, it was a natural choice for me to buy a Samsung BluRay player to go with it. The BD-P1500 is the latest one from Samsung, and frankly it was even better than I could have expected. I remember when I watched my first DVD years ago, thijnking wow, it doesn't get better than this. Well, I had exactly the same experience watching my first Bluray disk. Awesome. Except that this time I'm already wondering what technology is going to come out in ten years and do the same thing all over again! Until that time, trust me you'll be blown out of the water with BluRay and the BD-P1500 from Samsung.
