Pros: Good picture and sound; low price. Cons: Loading and unloading the DVD is very awkward. The tray does not come far enough out, and is wider than the disc, so you have to jam a finger in the centre hole, tilt the disc and slide it in. Getting it out again is an even more delicate operation if you like your discs free of scratches. The player does not handle scratched discs well, and even pristine discs can produce juddering movements occasionally. The remote control buttons are too small and close together, with no "click action", making operation very cumbersome. Verdict: a good-value machine ruined by poor handling.
