Reviewed by tony help lewis on 10-10-2005 I\'ve had my Philips dvd740 since it first came out and I haven\'t been satisfied since I bought it. I\'ve been trying to get the parental lock code for this perticular item for over three years,I\'ve called Philips INC, and every store I could think of and I cant get any help. When I called Philips INC they said that I have to buy the manual,I don\'t see why I should have to buy the manual when I never activated the parental lock. For some strange reason the parental lock just start working. They don\'t even sell the dvd740vr anymore.Could someone please help me with this problem?
