Alpine are no longer the best :-( this Sub is POOR just moves dos'nt hit hard, unlike JBL, Pioneer, Rockford Fosgate, and BTL Tried both 2ohm and 4ohm versions with alpine monoblock amps

SErious hardcore basss. Hits the lows, very clear, has the power . Some subs e.g pioneer 121spl distort when subwoofer level is turned up from headunit (reallly high output) . However 2 of these r types r the stuf. for real. for what u pay... u get so much more.!
