I was SO suprised when I got this for Xmas!! I haven't really had that much of a play with it yet, but from what I can tell and have seen, it does a lot of stuff and has a lot of functions. My only moan is not with the camera but the software that comes with it. Picture Package lets you capture your video footage onto your pc, so you can re-use the same tape over and over (nice money saver), BUT you have to have special effects and music over the top. I tried uploading some footage of my little cousins but you couldn't hear them talking or anything, it plays music right over it. It's a great feature if you WANT music over the top of your footage, but NOT if you don't!!! I couldn't find any info to help me on the web last night, but I did find somewhere to submit a query, I would post the site up here but once I'd found it and and sent my problem, I just wanted to turn my PC off!!! Sorry!! Anyway, it's a great camera, Sony just needs to sort out their software!!
