After 4 months of owning the camcorded the viewing screen failed, during our wedding abroad, so nothing could be viewed to record on the camcorder. Returned it under guarantee, five weeks later it was returned, they said two weeks!! So missed my marriage blessing in the UK due to it being sent away to be fixed, one month later the hard drive now incidates a warning and the oh so helpful manual does not explain what this actually means or more helpfully how to fix it ... so I am now to miss videoing a large carnival in my local town. I cant download any thing on it, or access any helpful information on the web either. Complete disaster, expensive piece of technology which you would expect to work every time, it was easy to use, a lovely camcorder when working but so unrealiable for important events ... the reason I bought it in the first place!!!
