Tolerable camera. Barely. Noisy image, rubbish stabilizer, dull colours, plasticky feel. What else? Does it's job, but noise visible even in bare daylight.

A good basic entry level digi cam. Sometimes a little slow to focus. But for £120 from Currys you cant complain. Picture quality is exceptable for the price but wouldn't use it if you need high quality pic i.e. for a wedding. Lightweight means that it is easy to handle for long periods and the screen is bright and clear, although the screen is hard to see on sunny days. Overall a perfectly excptable camera for the price.

If you want a no frills camcorder then this is the one for you. For the money (£129.99 Argos) it's a great little camcorder. It's more plasticky than my other one I had (jvc) but also a lot more lighter and cheaper. It's lightweight, fits comfortably in your hand, easy to understand and use. It didn't come with a Firewire cable (to transfer to your pc) but they only a couple of pounds to buy. It has a fade in/out function and also when you transfer to a VHS tape you can do your own voice over with the press of a button..clever. If you use a camcorder professionaly then this is not the one to buy, but if like me you only want to point and record events and aren't that clever with technology then I think its great for the money.

Just bought from Comet for £144 today. Terrible image stabiliser much worse than my previous 6yr old Sharp camcorder. Grainy washed out image quality. Very noticeable motor drone over microphone. Will be returning to the shop tomorrow!
